Full name:  Armando Rodríguez Zerpa

He is an Economist graduate of the Universidad de Los Andes (ULA) in 1991. He is also an Associate Professor of the ULA. Currently, Armando Rodríguez belongs to the Section of Regional Studies of the Instituto de Investigaciones Económicas y Sociales of the Universidad de Los Andes.
