Full name: Ruth Yamilett Guillén Salas
She graduated in Economics from the Universidad de Los Andes (ULA). She is Magister Scientiae in Quantitative Economics (ULA), and graduated as Specialist in Social Evaluation of Projects from the Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia (UNIANDES). Currently, she is a Professor of the Faculty of Economics (ULA) attached to the Chair of Microeconomic Analysis; she is also member of Grupo Banca. Ruth Guillén has acquired experience in the fields of projects, economic and financial analysis, competitive bidding (tendering), research, and teaching.

- In representation of FACES, she is Coordinator of the: Pilot Project for the Formulation and Management of the Development Plan of the Communities forming the Milla Sector (Corpoandes - ULA).
